Sliver Armor.

W T F ? They killed my E/Me Raptor farmer, that I've been using since like forever.

I heard there are bots using a E/Me build to farm Raptors. Is that why they did this?

Nope tested it with power leak wich made -18e -1e -26dmg

Allows people to sell them for insane prices because no one knows what they will do.

As for the Royal Gift, I got a Scroll of Slayer's Insight, so I can safely say Scrolls can be obtained from them. UW and FoW Scrolls, who knows.

I thought they were going to give full disclosure on updates by publishing the update notes for skill balances well in advance, instead of the surprise fail.
